1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website shobaka.com, operated by Mille&Shop (47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France — contact@shobaka.com). By browsing or using this site, you accept them.

They cover your use of the website itself. Purchases are governed separately by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Shipping Policy and our Return Policy.

2. Using the site

You may browse this site, create an account and place orders as a private individual. You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or any other harmful code;

Product descriptions, images and prices may contain occasional errors. Where an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel with a full refund.
