Return Policy

At Shobaka, your satisfaction matters to us. Here are the terms that apply to any return or refund.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European distance selling regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and request a return, with no need to justify your decision.

This 14-day period applies to all our customers, regardless of the delivery country.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
• The 14-day period starts on the date the parcel is received.
• To start a return, contact us at contact@shobaka.com with your order number.
• We will send you the return address by email once your request is confirmed. Please wait for it before posting anything: our registered office in Paris is an administrative address, not a warehouse, and parcels sent there cannot be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a simple change of mind (withdrawal), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

4. Defective Item or Shipping Error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at contact@shobaka.com with a photo of the item concerned. In this case, you will not be asked to return the item: we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

5. Refunds

Once your return request is approved (or, in the case of withdrawal, once the item is received and inspected), we process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

6. Model Withdrawal Form

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can simply tell us clearly by email at contact@shobaka.com, quoting your order number. You may also use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
