Shobaka™ is the trading name under which Mille&Shop sells the products presented on this site.
2. Scope
These terms govern every sale made through shobaka.com to a consumer. Placing an order means you accept them in full. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms, and the version in force is the one published on this page on the day your order is placed.
We sell to individuals only, for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Products
Our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur between the photographs and the item delivered, in particular because of screen settings; these do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Our offers are valid while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all applicable taxes included, and exclude any customs duties or import taxes for destinations outside the European Union (see our Shipping Policy).
We may change our prices at any time, but your order is always charged at the price displayed when you placed it.
5. Placing an order
You select your items, check your basket, enter your delivery details and confirm your payment. Confirming payment forms a binding contract.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that your delivery address and email address are correct: we cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure caused by incorrect details.
We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, a payment dispute, a suspicion of fraud, or an abnormal order.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through a secure, certified payment provider. We never have access to your full card details.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe and Asia. Delivery times, destinations and customs rules are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is physically delivered to you.
If the parcel has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@shobaka.com: we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, simply tell us clearly before the deadline, by email to contact@shobaka.com, quoting your order number. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We will confirm the return address by email — please do not send anything to our registered office in Paris, which is an administrative address, not a warehouse. Return shipping costs are yours, and you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked method.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Model withdrawal form — to be completed and returned only if you wish to withdraw:
To Mille&Shop, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France — contact@shobaka.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: ______
Ordered on: ______ / Received on: ______
Name: ______
Address: ______
Date: ______
9. Legal guarantees
Every item we sell is covered by the legal guarantees that apply to us as a seller, at no cost to you. These are independent of any commercial gesture we may make.
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a defect. During that period, the consumer only has to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to repair or replacement of the item within 30 days of the request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If the item is repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee. If the consumer asks for a repair but the seller imposes a replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity runs afresh for two years from the date the replacement item is delivered.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price by keeping the item, or cancel the sale and be refunded in full against return of the item, where repair and replacement are both impossible.
The consumer may also invoke the guarantee against hidden defects under article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In that case, they may choose between cancelling the sale and a reduction of the price, in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
To make a claim under either guarantee, write to contact@shobaka.com.
10. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at contact@shobaka.com with a photograph. No return will be required: we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
11. Liability
Our products are grooming accessories for dogs and cats. They must be used as described, on the animal's coat, under supervision. They are not toys, not medical devices, and not intended for human use. Stop use if your animal shows any sign of discomfort, and consult a veterinarian if in doubt.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular in the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or of our fraud.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — texts, photographs, logos, trade marks — is the property of Mille&Shop or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The details — what we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are resident.
If you have a complaint, please write to us first at contact@shobaka.com. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours and to find a solution directly with you.
Consumer mediation. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator, provided you have first contacted us in writing to try to resolve it: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — website: www.cm2c.net — online referral form: www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php — phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14. This in no way affects your right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
Please note that the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently closed on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
